Letter of Recommendation Request
Regardless of who you're asking them from, letters of recommendation for programs, colleges, and/or scholarships are a time consuming endeavor for teachers. Personally, I put a lot of thought and heart into these letters because this letter is supposed to help you on your journey to success, and your success is my success. I am very meticulous when writing them for y'all--they are polished and refined, and edited multiple times. That being said, I have a good number of students who request letters of recommendation from me, therefore, I need you to do your part in making sure that you help me help you...
Important Notes:
1. Deadlines are very important! Make sure that deadlines are noted on Naviance for regular college recommendations, or explicitly stated to me via email/Remind for special submission cases.
2. Letters of recommendation for colleges must still be prompted through Naviance. If the college has special submission instructions, please make me aware AT LEAST a week before the deadline.
3. Letters of recommendation for programs and scholarships are typically e-mailed to a rep or submitted on a specific website, please give me as much advance notice as possible for those! Your recommendations will already be written but sometimes there are more steps when submitting.
4. If you want to see your letter of recommendation, ask me a week before graduation ONLY--do not ask beforehand!

Questions on Activities LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FORM The following form will prompt you to answer a series of questions that I need answered in order to provide you a thorough and well-written letter of recommendation. Step Three: Project
NOTE: This is supposed to be a fun endeavor, it's not meant to punish you. If you're complaining about it, you're doing it wrong... Dig deep, put thought into it.
*The deadline is dependent on when you would like me to submit your letter of recommendation. I will be completing your letters of recommendation before the start of the upcoming school year, but I will not submit until the project has been turned in. | ||
